Description
The Tamron 150-500mm F5-6.7 Di III VC VXD is an ultra-telephoto zoom lens for Sony FE mount and Fujifilm X-mount cameras.
The optical construction features 25 elements in 16 groups, including one XLD (eXtra Low Dispersion) element, five LD (Low Dispersion) elements, and two Hybrid Aspherical lens elements to control aberrations including axial chromatic aberrations.
The new ultra-telephoto zoom is equipped with Tamron's VXD (Voice-coil eXtreme-torque Drive) linear motor for hig-speed autofocus and a VC (Vibration Compensation) mechanism with three mode settings, (Standard, Panning, and Framing Priority). A minimum focusing distance of 60cm at the 150mm end, and 180cm at 500mm.
