Sigma has added a new lens to their line-up, the 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN Contemporary available for the L-mount and Sony's E-mount. This is the first mirrorless zoom for APS-C cameras by Sigma.
A vesatile lens that can be a great upgrade on your kit lens with its large constant F2.8 apature, which will be ideal for low light situations and crating those blurry backgrounds.
Weighing less that 300g and being the smallest and lightest in its class. The 18-50 F2.8 DC DN | C will be great for all kinds of photography including Lanscape, Portrait, Street, Architecture and Events. A stepping motor gives fast and quiet autofocus which will be usefull for shooting video.
