Is Canon announcing the EOS R7 and R10 next?

Reports have it that Canon will be announcing a number of products very soon with the long awaited EOS R7 expected to be included.

A number of Canon EOS R7 specifications were leaked a few days ago. There may also be a second camera released, the Canon EOS R10 which we will assume will likely be an APS-C camera. These new offerings to the R-series could spell the end to the EOS-M line-up.

Canon EOS R7 Specifications

• 32.5mp APS-C Dual Pixel CMOS AF

• 15-30fps (mechanical/electronic shutter)

• 2x UHS-II supported

• 4K @ 60/50fps (NTSC/PAL)

• 1080p @ 120/100fps (NTSC/PAL)

• C-Log 3/HDR PQ

• In-Body Image Stabilisation

• Announcement could be as soon as the end of May but more likely towards June/July 2022

Canon EOS R10 Specifications

• 24.2mp

• 15-23fps (Mechanical/Electronic)

• 1x UHS-II (supported)

• HDR PQ
