Description
The 1DX Mark III features a newly developed 20.1 million effective pixel, full-frame CMOS sensor, a new DIGIC X image processor and a dedicated AF sensor, with a maximum of 191 AF points of which 155 points are cross-type AF.
The camera is capable of a max continuous shooting speed of approx 16 frames per second (FPS) when using the optical viewfinder and up to approx 20 FPS using live view with AF and AE tracking. “High-res AF sensor” makes possible a maximum of 191 AF points (155 point cross-type AF).
In addition you can shoot smooth, high-resolution 4K/60P video supporting 10bit / Canon Log.
This camera weighs in at 1,440g which is 90g lighter than its pedecessor the 1DX Mark II releassed back in 2016. The EOS 1DX Mark III is also equipped with two CFexpress compatible card slots for faster write speeds.
